Did not get Bronze Celebration Token for completeing Spreading the Light weekly

Relatedly, can confirm that the Awakening the Machine weekly did not give me a Bronze Celebration Token. Have seen multiple reports saying that both Spreading the Light and Awakening the Machine are not rewarding tokens properly. Not sure about the Azj-Kahet weekly. I did receive a token from the Theatre Troupe weekly.

UPDATE: I went on an alt to do the event again and 1 of the 4 extra quests (after you active the key flames) included 1 bronze token as the reward
Looks like multiple lesser keyflame weeklies can potentially offer a token. Remains to be seen whether they all still give it after turning in the first.
EDIT: After turning in one lesser keyflame weekly that showed a token, the others no longer award one.
