I have a max level 80 alt and talked to Brann and originally said I wanted to skip the campaign and then went back and opted into the campaign. Am I now stuck finishing the whole campaign again on my alt? I’m just trying to get to the Siren Isles but there doesn’t appear to be a quest to get me there like on my main (assuming it’s because of the campaign).
The breadcrumb for the Siren Isle should be in the council hall where Alleria and Khadgar are. There should be a quest marker on your map once you hit 80.
On my Alts, I found that Khadgar has disappeared!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Khadgar may not actually appear until you do the Kirin Tor questline.
Does that mean that if you use the in-game skips that he won’t show up?
That was the case for my alts that used the skip. They see Alleria and the other NPC in the Dornogal hall to pickup the latest Campaign Quest and get to Siren Isle respectively, but Khadgar is not there beside Alleria. I don’t think Khadgar shows up unless you do the latest Campaign Quest up to the point where Khadgar gets freed from the amulet but is “injured” and thus doing the Professor-X wheelchair recovery thing back at he hall in Dornogal.

That’s the issue I’m having as well. I thought we skipped all that when talking to Brann though. This doesn’t make any sense. I don’t want to have to repeat the entire thing just to get him to show up.

appears you have to do all the story on one character. I did last part on a different character and this week’s quest wouldn’t show up. I had to switch to my character who did all the story up to this patch and then do the last part again on it before I could see khadgar.
You have to do the post-campaign-skip story with Moira / the stormrooks + everyone else, then the Lingering Shadows line, and then you should be able to do the newest Khadgar questline. I found that out the tedious way, because I hadn’t bothered to do the post-skip questline since I’d already done it on a different character but not my main 
Oohhh, I got distracted when I was doing the quest with Thrall about the Stormrooks. I need to go finish that if this is the case. I’ll report back later.
