I have noted that in WM I am, anecdotally, always out-numbered on retail now. It’s gotten extremely bad that for the first time in the expansion I actually had to turn WM off just to complete quests.
It feels like a full year of pent up alliance aggression is being dished out. There’s no hesitation, no mercy. Just outright camping and slaying constantly at every mutual hub.
Not that horde don’t deserve to be on the other end of the beat down, but good lord. Every quest hub is 15-20 alliance to 1-2 horde? Oof.
Doesn’t matter what side, red is dead.

It’s true, but the playing field has definitely shifted. I’ve never had this much trouble completing world quests for the duration of this expansion. General chat is a spam of horde saying “well, time to abandon WM” lol!
Sharding will never balance any zones. Not as long as people get teleported to the shard a player is in when doing world quests or whatever other activity they are doing.
Warmode is a great concept, but the balancing issue will always be an issue.
It might be time offer the Horde a 25% boost.

Well, the bonus on Alliance side is at 20% for the first time in months, so something happened to bring the number of Alliance/Horde closer together. Classic is plausible.
