I came back a couple of weeks ago from a 5 month break and sometimes when I login the new bfa emissary will already be completed even though I haven’t done any wq’s.
Either its a bug or its Blizz changed it to include all WQ’s for that faction you may have done since the last time the emissary was offered.
So which is it? Bug or change?
