They actually use an automated scraper that only brings the most talked-about things to their attention.
But even then, they ignore the feedback if it doesn’t fit their thinking (see: azerite, covenants, etc.)

They never said you could do any difficulty, with any gear level, or any skill level in 10-15 minutes. They never said that. Players always hear what they listen for.
You know other Tier and skill levels exist, right?
Time to get a bunch of accounts and abuse that…
Exploit early exploit often amiright? jkjk
I played 18 years as holy priest. Annoyed that I the game wasn’t designed to allow me to heal everywhere. Can’t heal to level. Can’t heal to run most of the game. It’s not designed for that. But I still leveled. Slowly. That’s a healer.
It takes longer to kill things than it does as DPS. You can still play game. You’re still downing delves.
I’m not trying to be a-hole here but if delves are balanced so that tanks and healers can finish more quickly, then DPS will finish more more quickly. Than you’ll be right back here complaining again that DPS do it faster.
If it says 600 then gearing 30 ilvls past it will help you smash it in 10 mins
“An end game for everyone!” is literally their advert.
Seriously, WoW official YT page has an advert under shorts called “An end game for everyone!”
As we all know blizz lies alot
Champ, I didn’t make this post for just myself. I’ve done t11. I’ve done Immortal Delver and Nemesis.
I know what exists in delves.
I did see something like that, at least once. Largely ineffective and kind of pointless when you think about it. I have trouble seeing ANYONE go out of their way to play WoW for just a few minutes.
It looks like an “Oh @#$%, I gotta do my chores quickly!” sort of thing.
One thing that’s common with a LOT of RPGs is that they tend to favour longer play sessions, having the player get settled in and immersed in the experience. Hunker down and move your way through the game.
… but in no way can you reasonably expect them to do that on a weekly basis, or even on a regular weekly schedule. Well, maybe the latter (kind of how raiding works), but then it starts to look more like a job.
So what do you do? It’s actually pretty simple.
Don’t require people to do ANYTHING on a weekly basis.
Just allow them to leave the game whenever, then pick up where they left off as if no time had passed since the last session. Could be the next day, could be the next week… could be several months down the road, if not years.
Drop the whole “You gotta do it now!” design philosophy create by things like weekly lockouts/requirements/chores and seasonal designs. Just build it, and let people come to the content at their leisure… when they have time for it.
Because if you focus too much on making it fast & efficient.
… you could easily end up with it being NOT what they wanted, so they’ll just ignore it.
I’m still waiting for Dance Studio. 90% of what Blizz promises is to get you to buy the expansion. Maybe. Maybe. We get lucky and get 50% of what they advertise.
we got healers with lvl 38 bran/606 ilvl and even they are struggling in 8s now.
tell me lies tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies.
Cheers, kid. If you’re a bad player, just say so next time.
Please explain how delves aren’t for “everyone”? You can do them on any specs, minus the time it takes to do them on said spec, you can chose your difficulty, you can chose the zone you go in. So yea it is really for “everyone” lol
Yet people will come in here with a class and spec that isn’t affected and claim it’s all bullcrap.
Also. You can play delves. But if you choose to play a game mode sub-optimally, or if you are at a lower skill level, then go into delves at a lower tier. That’s what the tier system is for.
You haven’t even completed T9 and you’re telling me how it is. Coolbeans.
I have seen people that have in the past been very pro challenging content and mostly mythic raider player, say there is imbalances in specs. I’ll take their word for it, most of the people that complain though I generally think its likely they lack the gear or skill. Not to be offensive or anything, it’s just you have to assume people are the average player.
Yeah, my Immortal title and MoP challenge mode sets where I sold gold runs daily are totally noobcheevos.
