You simply send it by mail nowadays.
Both characters need to be on the same server.

This was an official change made in the 9.2.5 patch I think. You can mail cross faction now. However all the existing server limitations still remain.

Anything you could already mail to your own faction before, you can now mail to anyone.

I’m not asking, I’m telling you. I transferred 50K from horde to alliance on the same server.

I just mailed 100k from my Orc to my Dark Iron Dwarf.

They mentioned this when they opened up cross-faction play, no?

They did, nothing new. Guess they are just ramping up for a late df change to expand mailing even more.
