Got through it. Ran around making sure I got all of my nemesis packs. Had fun.
Killed 2/3 of the “boss” mobs that run around. Got the third to 70%.
He fell through the floor and proceeded to just cast his shield at the bottom of the world for 5 minutes until I left. This game makes me want to say bad words some days.

ive learned to kill them all in the main area with the stairs
next time try relogging, youll still be in the delve and maybe the guy will reset. did that for me months ago
Should have probably tried that. I hope there isn’t a next time though.
Worst I had was six packs clipping onto my character while fighting 2 rares on a level 620 toon in an 11.
Thankfully I was speced frost and wasn’t in any danger but what if I was on my lock?!?
For future reference, if you die, it will reset. 
This has happened to me before, back in S1, made a bug report about it. It’s infuriating when it happens. And I’m not sure what’s worse, the mob falling through the world, or the fact that you can see it in all red down there just mocking you because it knows you can’t hit it.
Half of the fun of delves is finding all of the interesting bugs and seeing how many times Brann can royally screw you over.

Honestly it’s hilarious that it happened on the very last one. Frustrating but amusing.
Ah well. I’ll probably just do a different bountiful 11 and let this one simmer for the day.
Oh I remember this happening last season. How to fix it.
Stand directly on top of him if you can figure out where so he can attack you through Z axis, then just like… live that if he’s attacking, and he’ll eventually pop back up. But if you’re not in range to be z axis’d I don’t think he’ll ever pop back up.
It’s a dumb bug, but just sharing my workaround
Never had tank brann last season so if he has all the threat no idea what to do there
LOL happened to me today too. I was about to quit and i just died to drop aggro and he reseted flying to his normal routine of running
