Project Hades was reportedly a Diablo game in development that would be more like Dark Souls, an over the shoulder dungeon crawler that was also canceled.

It was cancelled for a reason…
Kinda on the fence about that. I mean it seems like a good idea, but that almost seems like too much of a departure from Diablo. If the other leaks are indication (and you know…true) the devs realized this because the last couple of builds with the current Diablo game in development when back to the isometric view. So it seems like the over the shoulder camera + Diablo isn’t working well right now.
It’s a shame because I’ve always wanted an over the shoulder action game from blizzard.
Diablo’s fun, but the isometric camera always burns me out.
Would rather an Elder Scrolls/fallout type rpg in the Diablo universe
diablo 1 would be scary that way.

Should have made Diablo Project: Ghost and turned two failed projects into one grand adventure cross-over, IMO.
