Diablo 4 doesn’t have a PTR and even if it did it wouldn’t be “finished” by any stretch of imagination because there will always be content releasing. I don’t get your type of people always saying similar things about World of Warcraft or Diablo 4 always the same talking point like “blizzard is releasing an unfinished product” what do you even considered a finished product? By your definition?

You can’t expect people to stay silent or not act when a company under delivers on new products.
Obviously you havn’t played it much.
It is prohibitively expensive to respec - making you grind hours of gold to reset a full character - which leads to not playing with builds.
There is no build loadout saving/importing/exporting - so you can’t easily go back to your previous build after a respec - leading to no one playing with their own specs
Ultimately the expensive and tedious nature of manually undoing all 225 paragon points 39,000 gold each at max level and then all the skill points… just leads to copy pasting a meta build so you don’t brick your character.
The 40% discount to respecs coming soon in 1.1.1 doesn’t solve the problem, now I can grind a full max level respec in 1.5 hours instead of 2.5 but guess what? THat’s still more than I am willing to waste my time on something that should be FREE and EASY TO CHANGE. Dragonflight lets you respec anywhere, for free. It lets you save and load builds. EVEN DIABLO 3 HAD 10 LOADOUTS YOU COULD SAVE AND SWAP FOR FREE.
If you don’t like meta gaming then you have to realise the skill tree and paragon board need to be easy to use and free to change so people can play around with builds without risking bricking their character, and being too weak to farm gold to unbrick it.

Did you even check why? D4 is a hot mess right now. They made every WRONG change possible to keep people playing longer and nerfed builds to unviable status. Meanwhile necro pets are still F-list tier and useless as can be.

I think I’m honestly done giving actiblizzard products a fair shake until at least 2-3 months after release. I don’t have anything against them they just haven’t proved they can make a good new game.

It’s a multi-billion dollar corporation that’s lately been quite substandard.
The old blizzard would NEVER have released this current Diablo 4. It would have been held until it was ready with less issues, certainly not a simple flub as resistances not working or loading all players stashes.
That causes so many issues and they won’t fix the resistance issue til season two after nerfing armor making enemy magic attacks hurt far more.
We are the customer. It’s blizzards job to make customers happy to make money to stay in business. People demanding a better game worth the price paid is some how vile and unreasonable to you against poor senpai blizzard? Seems you’re the unreasonable one as you like beta games that are a mess.
Likewise blizz has had tons of controversy the last multiple years from the Hong Kong thing, to donations for the toy only being part of a prize pool and blizz pocketing most of it, cubical crawls, crappy expansions with little actual listening to ayer feedback.
The condescension is earned because they don’t seem to learn.

Game is just bad
I love D4 as a whole, but I stopped playing it because leveling is the dullest experience ever, its a slow trodding mess.
In a game based around leveling each season, leveling needs to be fun.
Guess I’m not sweaty/tryhard enough so I’m still having fun with the game.
It definitely doesn’t help that there are 250 levels to go through, and it grinds to a virtual halt right around level 80/250.
are you counting each paragon bar as a level?
