Just looking for a guild I can run, drama free but want to progress. I don’t mind transferring servers or even to a horde guild.

Unprotected Hex was formed the 2nd week of January 2021 after getting a late start in mythic we still were able to attain CE US 590. During CN we became a multi raid team guild with setting our goals to be Cutting Edge by the end of the tier and each subsequent tier, faster than the last. The​ ​Idea

The idea of efficient raiding, instead of bulk raiding to down content. It has been done before, but we intend to do it better. We intend to build more than a WoW raiding guild, we’re building a community. We are very active on and off of raid times, and due to our easy schedule, we have time to play and organize other events and games outside of WoW.

Environment

We enjoy the environment we’re building, and the people we are building it with. As a guild, our goal is to down content – but enjoy this game in a way we haven’t in a long time. There will be no screaming, scolding, or calling out. The best way to describe our raid environment is proactive and communicative. We will discuss issues, mechanics, strategies, and mistakes openly to curb them and move on. We will go back to a log or video and discussed what happened on walls.

You must respect your fellow raiders here even on other teams and absolutely no racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, ageism, harassment, etc

Guild Environment:
We are a mature all around guild with the largest social community in our server faction. We are mainly focused on raiding progression but during non-raid days we dabble in high-end PvP and M+ content as well.

Raid Team:
Our raiding goals are to grow our team and take down all the Mythic bosses we can!! Off-meta specs and covenants are welcome if you can play them well. We foster learning and improvement in our raid group but we will bench players when needed in order to kill a boss.

What we’re looking for:

I am Gm/RL of the Exclusive Outcasts on Kel’Thuzad. We are an alliance guild :slight_smile:
Casual mythic prog guild/ AOTC guild.

We raid Wednesdays and Thursdays as of right now. Sometimes we switch to Tuesday to fit schedules. We are 9/10 heroic, 1/10 mythic. We are in need of raiders right now! We have lost a quite of few people to classic and have some people stepping away from the game right now. We are looking for tanks, healers and DPS! We need it all!

As of right now we have consistently have 2-3-9 to 2-4-12. We have one of our DPS mains as tank right now. Current needs:
Tank :
Any type! We are rocking warrior/Druid right now.
Healer :
Shaman, druid, monk, pally. We will take a priest but we already heal with 3 :slight_smile:
DPS :
Warlock please! We need one badly! DK, Druid, Mage, ETC. We would take about anything of course!

Repetition has recently transferred to horde on Tichondrius from Alliance on Stormrage. We are looking to bolster our roster for the current and future raid tiers as well as have the ability to change and alter our roster for different boss fights. As a guild we also like to have fun whether that be in M+, PvP or while doing fun guild events. We are very laid back people that like to have fun and be competitive with each other inside and out of a raid setting. We also supply almost everything needed to progress in a raid tier (Cauldrons/food/repairs/vantus runes).

Current and past progression:

12/12 M N’yalotha (CE)
8/10 M CN (Guild took a Hiatus mid tier due to Raid leader becoming a father)
7/10 M SoD

Recruitment Needs for Mythic Progression:

Raid Times:

EXPECTATIONS:
Raiders are expected to be ready to go 10 minutes prior to raid time, if you are going to be late, or miss let an officer know. Real life happens but the sooner we know the sooner we can make preperations for a replacement.
During progression of a raid tier, ALL raiders will use flasks, food, and other consumables that are provided by the guild. Runes are optional as they are not provided by the guild.
You are expected to read up / watch multiple videos on the raid tier / current progression boss…
If you need other consumables that are not regularly made, let an officer know and the next time the guild bank is stocked, it will be there.
Constructive feedback about the guild and raiding is always welcomed and expected. Please try not to submit complaints unless accompanied by alternative courses of action. Try to help the guild and each other so that we all succeed.
The guild’s raids and its progression come first. Raiders are expected to attend all raids and strive to improve even if its minuscule. Raiders who are not performing well or slacking in some areas risk losing their raid spot for a period of time.
During progression, mythic raiders are expected to complete at least 4 Mythic +15 keys per week. Let us know if you need help!
BoE’s from guild activities that are NOT a BiS item will be sold to fund the guild bank. Guild members are able to purchase BoE’s for half price from the guild bank
