It’s obvious that not much has changed for DHs in a long time, a few lines of changes, if any, for each new tuning pass or patch. Including a small % buff, bug fixes and a recent AoE buff to demon surge (that i recall)…all very minor.
Do you think it’s because there is something in the works for us?
Think they are ok with dh just having one hero talent. Gotta focus more attention on the 10th mage rework in 1 year

I think they just don’t know what to do with dh. There’s been 0 innovation beyond making it more clunky to play since BFA. Veng and havoc are just so different it’s impossible to have a hero tree that works for both and we are stuck with what feels like temporary trees.
Dh should’ve gotten 3 hero trees imo, 1 for havoc, 1 for Veng, and 1 overlapped.

yeah hopefully we get looked at soon… a damage increase across the board, maybe removing the cast time for The Hunt and incorporating some more skills as passive to ease up on the amount of buttons required to compete with other Melee classes.
Yeah I’m quite annoyed at lining up 150 skills as openers in a optimal order when Ret Pal, with utilities like BR, heals, bubble, lay on hands and stuff, can deal a lot more damage just by pressing three buttons…
There is absolutely 0 rewards , Havoc is more complex and complicated to play for a Lower DPS than a three buttons spec.
If our spec get to have a complex skills lines up that can nullify your dps into potato space if done incorrectly , then it should do a lot more damages than any other simpler dps spec if Havoc is played properly. That’s the risk / reward that should come with it.
Funny that this used to be the complaint against DH’s. I miss those days.
No, unfortunately this is not the first time this situation has happened. To think that they are working in our class because they have been on radio silence for a long time is just a vain hope, unfortunately.
its kinda pointless to leave feedback at this point. we left hundreds and hundreds of posts giving feedback during alpha/beta and it was all completely ignored. just shouting into the void at this point

It feels like dh just needs a few damage buffs and maybe the leech that’s nerfed in pvp to get its full value. Because it feels like it’s right on the cusp of being pretty solid overall but some small tweaks would help it. Mainly the in the defensive department

Yeah I can agree with that, still would love some QoL though and talent reworking but perhaps I’m dreaming lol. Defensive buffs 100% though!
This 100%!! I did feel after season 1 silliness in shadowlands, the DH was in a good place, but it’s totally possible the borrowed power was “fixing” our havoc spec.
I rather like where VDH is at. Hasn’t felt too many changes (outside of the loss of sigils x2 - felt that).
