Try playing a class that requires precision, timed movements, and the multiple uses of the space bar. YES, IM TALKING ABOUT DH! We have high UTILITY BECAUSE IT TAKES MORE EFFORT TO MASTER THIS CLASS! 
I keep getting whispers in Durotar from players telling me I get âcarriedâ by my classâŚFirst of all I MASTERED* this class. I made it into 2200cr+ WITHOUT ANY TANK TRINKETS, most of my gear is from PVP(and we all know how bad that is 
) , hell I even still have on a 390 BLUE RING! no other DH can SAY THE SAME! thatâs a fact!
When you master your class, players will call your class âbrokenâ because solely youâre using it to itâs full POTENTIAL!!

Since when do DHâs need to be carried? We pull off the highest dps in any group even when thereâs an overgeared mage.
Do you have a face? Do you have a keyboard? If so you too can master the DH.

Sorry to bust your bubble OP, but my Demon Hunter at 380 ilvl can out-dps my 420 Fire Mage, 419 MM Hunter and 421 Arms warrior using a rotation of just 3 key presses.
Demon Hunters are an incredibly easy (and a bit boring) class to do well in, even for an old lady like me

Most, of the classes require skill to completely master. Once mastered yes they are quite powerful with the proper gear.
And yes, many players seem to dislike this. They canât beat a master of his/her craft with good gear. Thus they scream âOP! Nerf!â
I get where they are coming from, for some players mastering their class is difficult. But they also must realize that some of us can master our class, and we work to do precisely that. For some itâs fairly easy, for some itâs difficult. We are all different.
Each class brings a unique skill to the game. But to use itâs full potential one must be really good and have decent gear. One tiny mistake in some instances crashes you.
Most players probably do not actually have their class mastered in all conditions that the game presents. Some do, but probably overall not most.
Most are good, but not great. At least not in all aspects of the different play types/locations/scenarios.
Iâm very good with my DH, Iâve mastered a lot of the different types of play vs NPCâs/bosses, etc. But, I goof periodically so dang it. lol That was not the beeping key I wanted to hit⌠
I donât think DHâs need a nerf. They are not OP. Itâs just that some people have far bettering timing and can hit the correct key more often than others.

Actually considering the number of games youâve done and still maintaining a fairly high positive WR is pretty good.
I think what people are failing to get is that it all depends on the context you play in.
Arena - more of a test of skill than a dungeon is. If someone is saying your class is âcarryingâ you ask them to do better.
After playing quite a few classes, I wouldnât say itâs any easier (heck I have to do way less dodging as a hunter, and Iâm specced to only need to use 3 buttons because it sims better!) than other classes.
I just think it gets hate because itâs both easy to master and performs well.

yeahâŚwe donât need them lol. Havoc DPS tends to make short work of things. But I do use interrupts just to keep that in the muscle memory development lol.
rest of thisâŚI only take offence when its paladin who talks trash. they were face roll long before DHâs came to be. PotâŚyou ainât got anything to say to kettle is the case there.
But they arenât even close to the top in dps. So there is that.

Thing is, ret hasnât be faceroll since WoTLK. They sucked bad during cata, were okay during MoP, then weird during WoD, and okay-ish during Legion. And ret was only faceroll during avenging wrath, demon hunters are faceroll all the time.
