I might be tripping, but I’m pretty sure DoT damage still ticks through the immunity provided by Nether.
I thought that damage during nether walk was negated, but the dot remained and resumed damaging you once nether walk was finished. I think you can actually have dots applied during it too that damage you once the “immunity” is over.
you can die to certain dots in it, like some from spriest 500k-0
It doesn’t remove dots but makes you immune to their damage during it’s duration of 6secs then they just continue to tick on you after but I think hunters have a similar or worse problem with turtle.
Dots shouldn’t be hurting you during it though, I do feel DH in general is super weak to dot classes though.
Yeah the dots continue under that turtle shell. But I don’t think you can apply new ones to them.

True you can’t keep applying them on turtle, while with ours you can, but in turtle they can still hurt you, while with ours they do not ironically I think I’d rather have turtle still lol
I use Nether to bandage in randoms and wpvp. Catches people off guard and the bandages heal for like 3 million. If they stun you it sucks though.
Good catch. Based on what Blades suggested, adding breaking impairment effect (such as cyclone, root, speed cannot be slowed below 100%) to Netherwalk would be great addition since it is a 3 minutes defensive CD.

I’m liking my dh atm honestly It doesn’t feel broken or anything most of the time but people just die sometimes while I’m attacking them dh isn’t as bad as some of you might think and it’s a class that starts off on the weaker side but scales very well.

video on youtube and you will see that dh is out bursting almost every other class in pvp by a large margin. I think dh will scale up enough next patch where its going to feel a lot better.
Maybe, but that video is also kinda old. Also there’s an issue where we hit like a wet noodle outside of meta so it’s not the greatest example.
