essence break needs halved again, aswell as inertia (in pve and pvp) and barrage needs cutback in pvp then havoc is fine. it just has too much burst right now. the rest of its damage is manageable.
WW damage also needs a serious looking atm, serenity is just too over the top and needs a serious cutback.
Lets just nerf dh damage by 90%. Wouldn’t that just be easier?
