hello. im trying to get the hidden artifact for my demon hunter. (havoc)
my first question, do i need to finish the suramar storyline to able to loot the candrael’s charm?
im farming mobs in Felsoul Hold for 6 days and im not getting the charm
and i can’t find any information on that.
whats the requirement to able to loot the charm?
(its a brand new alt, i skipped most of legion content)

You did unlock the correct Artifact Weapon, did you? I assume yes but …
You fam “mobs” for 6 days … sheesh … even after 2 hours you should already questioned are you doing it right …
First you do kill Demons do you?
There is a very good guide on all Artifact Weapons on WoWhead, with some insight on what the requirements are on getting the Item to drop.
But it is down atm, so i cannot check quickly and right now. I might do that tomorrow if i find this tread again

yes, i was only killing the mobs what wowhead, reddit, forums said to kill
and 6 days and no drop the charm thing.
and now wonder if i need to unlock or finish the suramar storyline
since the charm won’t drop for me.
So, finally could look at WoWhead, 8 hours later. I got that on three Demon Hunters, but its quite some time ago.
It should not be that hard to drop.
If you didn’t unlock Surarmar, i would do the opening quests, until you opened the Ruins of Elune’eth with Thalyssra. I think allot is locked until that time.
I would also check my Inventory and Bank did you already get it. I know how this sounds … but the first time i got it …it dropped and i put it into my bank not really knowing what it was … only to farm it later for hours and wondering why it won’t drop.

Is it still possible to cheese it by just going to the highest point in Highmountain, jumping and gliding off to the mob you need to kill to get the appearance? I think you could just fly in to it as well?
I believe that was fixed. I tried it a few months ago and mob couldn’t be targeted.
