Probably the only reason we cant is Blizz doesn’t want to do the work in creating the animations.

Pretty sure even Illidan didn’t fly. He used his wings to hover or jump up and catch some pieces of floating rock and use the wind to glide… but I don’t remember him ever actually flying.

Wish granted, but you have to fly manually with the [Flap] ability.
Aren’t demon hunter wings full of holes? Not very aerodynamic.
Only if mages can iceman around and shaman can rocket around on a pillar of fire.
Hunters should get an ability to shoot them out of the sky. Like pheasant hunting

Honestly….I’m shocked this wasn’t a thing when legion released. I might not play DH cuz I exclusively play pandaren, but just like worgen tails, i fully support demon hunters getting flight with their wings.

You know that’s not the same thing.
And you know Blizzard’s too lazy to design everything every class wants at the same time.
We have to space these requests out if we want to see results.
He can fly with them in Heroes of the Storm, using them as his mount if he chooses a certain level 20 talent.

Demon Hunters also have a PvP talent that lets us fly for a short time.

Illidan does fly.
The fight in the Black Temple he flies the entire time you’re fighting the Flames of Azzinoth.

Eh… that’s all more of a floating thing not a flying all over the place. Even the PvP talent says floating.
Floating up and hovering in the air isn’t quite the same as flying around across zones and whatnot.
I’d rather see Monks get their flying cloud updated to work a bit like Druid flight form first. But that’s just me.
DKs don’t have wings though. DHs glide.
