ill be honest losing 2 seconds of demonic is gonna hurt our dps ever so slightly but it wont be a massive game changer. i believe their base-lining chaotic transformation so thats a plus and we are not getting any new buttons therfore no added complexity.if thats the exstent of havoc nerfs i think we will be just fine. of course there are gonna be a vocal minority who want furthur nerfs but hopefully that wont happen. how you feel about it my fellow DH’s?
I feel like I’m gonna need a lot of haste to get in 2 blade dances.

As a new DH, I’m loving Havoc. I can live with 6 seconds of Demonic, it’s just bread with a smidgen less butter. At least the mobility remains intact.

yeah haste might be our best secondary instead of verse in SL for this reason
Probably not going to happen to be honest, which is sadly a decrease to the skill of the class.
I can’t imagine how much base haste you would need to recover from the loss of Furious Gaze’s haste buff plus the 2s being taken off the duration of Demonic.

Honestly it feels like the change to Demonic was done with Furious Gaze in mind so it’s definitely odd.
But seriously people already (mostly naively) complain about DH being easy, so it seems silly to take away one of the things that actually has a bearing on DH dps.
ill try not to think about it too much. if we lose furious gase completly thats gonna really hurt more so then losing two seconds of demo
DH deals too much damage. It’s a good tune up.

Noob question here, been actually wondering this on several toons…
Do Azerite abilities stack? Meaning if I have Furious Gaze (or any other ability) on multiple pieces of gear, do I see increased benefit or am I wasting a slot?
depends on the ability but furious gaze does stack as does thirsting blades

Single target? Not at all.
People complain the spec is too easy and then are overjoyed when one of the few layers of skill difference from DH is removed.
Losing 2s duration but keep Furious Gaze haste buff is fine, losing Furious Gaze haste buff but keeping the same duration is fine.
Losing both is stupid as now you are limited to 1 Death Sweep per Demonic which involves 0 player input to perform.

Yeah, typically speaking the unique effects like the cd reduction on Eye Beam from picking up Chaos Shards with Eyes of Rage don’t stack, but damage increases and flat stat bonuses typically do.
