Literally no counter play. You react to the hunt youre actually punished if he jukes it. Then he can prolly just kill you with passive un healable dh dmg. Blizzard actually make a class un outplayable
The Hunt alone cost a series to one of the AWC teams, There was literally nothing they could do to stop the lock from just getting 100-0 three games in a row.

Name a single DPS class right now that doesn’t have a 100-0 cheese.
When Hollinka said people gotta die, he meant in .5 seconds. Unless you MLD who can reset fights infinitely, cheese gonna happen. OTK had 2 sub 1 min matches with GG because of Trill’s SCK.
While sck burst can be dumb with that proc, it’s nothing compared to how dumb the hunt is
the hunt could be removed completely and DH would still be able to secure kills without a problem.
They just need to make it so the hunt can’t crit. easy fix that won’t make everyone feel like they have to swap from night fae to venthyr to be stay competitive.

That The Hunt and SCK aren’t comparable abilities?
I agree too, however I would much prefer the conduit combinations be looked at before blanket nerfing the ability (monk’s have a bad habit of nerfs to our abilities because of borrowed power and then they aren’t fixed going into the next xpac until first major patch)

I was talking to the delusional OP who said the hunt one shots people. It does not. Even with a crit it does not one shot. Maybe a fresh 60 with no gear yes but people with duelist gear it does not.
dude this has happened to me quite a few times they fake cast it and i ams it then they spam “LOL”

Sorry it doesnt 100-0 someone. At minimum it does 50% of someones health. But you go ahead and continue to protect your class that even without the hunt probably out does most classes lol

What is wrong with fake casting a spell? I’d suggest being more aware of when he is going to get it off.
You can easily tell when SCK is going to do a ton of damage. It is very preventable, but like “The Hunt”.
