I have searched the internet for hours and still have not found the answer: How does a DH get their first fel artifact? Where do they go or who do they see? I have a DH with two empty spots to put artifacts. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Edit: here is a list of every Fel relic in the game, if you click one and scroll down to the tabs under “Related” it’ll show either “dropped by, sold by, reward from, or contained in” and clicking one of those tabs shows you exactly how to get it https://www.wowhead.com/items/gems/fel-relic
Relics for your artifacts come from quests, rates, and treasures on the Broken Isles. Raid bosses also drop higher ilvl ones. I believe you can also get some from dungeon bosses.
At least this is how it worked before BFA and/or the level squish. I’m not sure what exactly changed about acquiring them now that artifacts are depowered.
The dungeon journal for Legion dungeons and raids should show which relics they drop, just go in there and look for which bosses drop relics and try to find Fel ones.
