Or at least make it so defensive where they don’t hit you for 9% health. Like they can stack haste and cast at least more than 10 times if you have the long distance to a pillar or to get out of range. Even then it’s so ridiculous how you can open with it as well.

Don’t care about Rain. I don’t like using it, so Blizzard can delete it all they want. %based abilities shouldn’t be in this game.

They should just remove the damage component and make it function as an escape.
Should really just completely remove it if the damage component is removed, unless it’s given baseline. It just won’t ever be worth a PvP talent slot at all, just like Mana Break, Eye of Leotheras, etc.
It will be way less of a problem in Shadowlands already due to Furious Gaze not being present (as far as we know).
I’d rather they have a no dmg rain from above as baseline than dodge from behind

Dodging from behind feels more like an unfixed bug than anything else.
As a DH nothing is more satisfying than belting a tank with Fel lances. Its glorious.
If we’re deleting anything we should start with mana rift…

I love using spell reflect during their rain from above. Its so good when they kill themselves with their own lances.

Eh Rain is so much weaker than the other pvp talents in general, I don’t think anyone would care enough to even complain if it was removed.
Why cant all specs think like this when they have a stupid ability in their kit.
