I’m looking to obtain the Vision of the Greatwolf Outcast shoulders for shaman in DF before the xpac ends. Aside for the normal drop from the raid, how else would it be possible to obtain it in the shortest time possible? I know the shoulders are only gonna be obtainable by Shamans either way, but dang are they nice.
What tint does it have to be? The green normal tier ones?
If you just need LFR tier which is white and blue, all you have to do is seasonal content.
Skipping to the Emerald Dream and obtaining quest shoulders and then throwing them in the catalyst should get you the LFR tint pretty easily.
Getting 2000k M+ rating or AOTC gives you an omni-token if you haven’t already gotten it. You also can just catalyze a shoulder piece into tier.
You can simply use the catalyst to mog the shoulders you want. One easy way is to buy the pvp shoulders using bloody tokens and strife upgrade the item to the level you need for the color and boom. Can be done in a day easy.
But just depends on which color you want

LFR is the main one, anything else is a bonus, but with upgrades it may be possible to boost it. I miss so much when I don’t play for a while.

I got mine from doing the weekly event quest The Last Hurrah. It gives you three (or more) 480+ epics and 493 epic). Revival Catalyst can change it to tier gear. If you upgrade a 480+ item, it gives you the normal mode raid item. 506+ items give you the heroic appearance.
Just grind out a little conquest and buy em.
