Df season 3 tier sets. are they available? help!

I’m trying to get the full Shadewalker set (heroic) for my rogue but im running into some issues:

1. Flame-Warped Curio does not seem to drop from Fyrakk (is it bugged?)

2. The vendor for the Flame-Warped Curio (Kirasztia) only offers 4/9 tiers pieces when I want more than that. The Raid bosses don’t drop all the other pieces either. The boots in particular. Does that mean I am SOL?

3. I got AOTC and KSM in season 3 DF and it says I don’t have a Emerald Mark of Mastery (a currency that can be used to get season 3 DF tier pieces as well). Is this a bug?

You take gear of the missing tier slots from Amirdrassil bosse (wrists, cape, belt, boots) to the Catalyst and just catalyze them into your tier appearances. The catalyst ist at Tyrhold.

Yeah, catalyze pieces from Heroic Amirdrassil to get the pieces. But without DF legacy loot until Midnight and being at the mercy of other pugs rolling on stuff you want, you’ll probably have a hard time getting what you want from DF content atm. Since if you manage to solo a DF boss currently, only one loot piece drops and you can only get a lot of loot if you have a lot of people in the raid.
