DF Riptide 2nd charge/echoes

Im seeing a way to get a second Stream totem and Lava Burst but no way to get back that 2nd charge of riptide :frowning:

Anyone with live able to confirm this is true? Im hoping they just forgot to add the text to the echoes of element spell in the tree…

I was wondering this too because the Echo of Elements tooltip doesn’t specify riptide.

In game it does. The website tool tip is inaccurate.
