Rend can now be used in Berserker stance, Rend’s damage is increased by 100%, and Rend deals additional damage equal to 3%4% of your Attack Power each time it deals damage.
We need rend for set bonus damage (which got buffed in patch), they put the above mentioned change on a rune slot that also goes with a ability that was buffed in raging blow.
Warriors are not doing great in pve dps.
So we cannot even take advantage of all the buffs, either they are trolling or they are stupid.

new change lets us cast rend in zerker stance with is good… but if we take that rune, we can’t use raging blow because it is also a chest rune.
yes, aggrend made it clear in WotLK classic and at blizzcon that warrior will forever be bad because he has a personal agenda against the class
terrible design, but that’s what you get when helmet wearing devs have important jobs
we also have arms doing half the dmg of any other class and “not maintained” while rogue gets 3 talent trees that are all great in both PVP, PVE, and an additional tank spec. Mage healers, tank locks, 1h and 2h melee hunters, etc. But not Arms, an original talent tree. Making that playable is too far.
