They work tirelessly to delivery us a game and yet they allow addons that make the game easier.

they make the game with the expectation that people will use add ons, that’s why raid bosses do un-televised mechanics, that’s why one dungeon boss now days has more mechanics than an entire raid from classic era

I think you got it backwards. The hard work of the addon authors made the devs work of having to actually update and make functional their outdated, archaic, abysmal base UI much easier.

If you design a game with AddOns in mind so people do the work for you - you have a bad game.
If AddOns are required for any part of your content - you’ve made a bad game.

Because when it’s a requirement for doing content and not optional - they’ve gone from something optional to absolutely required for the following:
Navigating the AH on Classic.
Sorting Bags better.
Raiding.
Roleplay. Emotes, organization, profiles, etc.
Making the UI not eyebleeding terrible or clunky.
If they were -truly- optional, you may have had a point.
AddOns have so much functionality and so on that there was a period where one ran a script that made you autotrade your gold at one point (even if fixed).

all of those are opinions not fact, you prefer to use addons and yet you bash the game for it because you want it easier, lazier. none of that is required, your the reason for people getting this stuff because you are the one pushing the expectation on others with this misinformation…

you cant teach a potato that 2+2=4 no matter how much reason you provide, he thinks s he is special for not liking addons, he will be back in a week to ask why people keep kicking him from m+ grps.
A well organized and optimized UI for my liking, not having the stupid mindset you have, etc.
By the way i also play warlock, warrior AND enhancement shaman, and i can tell you’re a terrible Enhance shaman, just by looking at your armory.
