is it just me or does it do nothing?
I just got the weapon but when I use it nothing happens.
It changes the location of your sheath weapon from being on your side to being on your back.

the effect is broken. i bought one on an alt using the dinar coin (since it wont drop for me) and found it not working. So i submitted a ticket.
short response from ticket:
I’ve gone and checked to see if this was a known issue and it seems we’re getting reports from players saying the exact same thing. I’ve gone ahead and shot your info over to the powers that be who will be looking into this to see what may be going on. Our Quality Assurance team, as well as the Developers, are aware this is a large spread issue and will be working their butts off to fix this as soon as possible!

I was about to send my own ticket but ill leave it be.
Now to send a ticket about the Pandaren PvP vendors on the wall blinking out of existence

Yeah, the fated version of each difficulty seems broken, no back option.
Honestly, how hard is it sometimes?
None of the other Fated weapons with a use effect have this issue and if they did it would have been fixed with hours, why is this one still broken?
