I checked the beta forums, I couldn’t even find a feedback thread by blizzard for devourer even though there was a thread for havoc/vengeance.

Look at all this positive feedback, I’m honestly not sure what the issue is:

Devourer Demon Hunter is available for testing in Midnight Alpha and can be accessed by simply swapping your specialization.
