Devour Vitality not working still?

The weapon that drops off of Maut, An’Zig Vra, has the Devour Vitality corruption on it, which should be good if it proc’d like all the other corruption effects. For some reason, this corruption SPECIFICALLY does not take into account player crit chance like all the other corruptions and thus barely ever procs crits, even if the player has 100% crit chance. This is causing
an obvious lack of damage even in single-target where it should shine on ferals. This feels even worse considering the only other Ny’alotha weapon for ferals is the echoing void one that just got nerfed. Could we please get some word on Devour Vitality and if this is a known issue? Or if there is even a fix in the works?

What’s the bug? It doesn’t proc if you crit or the proc doesn’t crit? I’ve been looking forward to getting this weapon for pvp

The corruption does not scale with player crit like everyother corruption. In a 7 minute raid fight i had about 43% crit on EV and 1.9% on DV.

The proc’s crit rate is super low, and not reflective of your actual crit. My feral base crit is over 30% before any bonuses, and my crit rate on the proc is also <5%…might be an intentional design… in m+ I have > 50% basically the entire run…if the crit rate of the proc was that high, the damage and healing would be through the roof.

Seems pretty dumb tho, considering how busted other damage corruptions are.

They fixed this to match your crit rate a few weeks ago.
