As a Warrior I have 1 single thing to remove it, and only on myself, ON A 3 MINUTE COOLDOWN. Meaning I am entirely reliant on my group to cleanse it. The punishment for not doing so is way too harsh as well, healing enemies for what is it 10% max hp PER STACK? Ugh… and what’s even worse is instead of removing this garbage affix you nerfed Shaman’s poison cleanse totem because it was the only thing that can deal with it 100% of the time reliably. I hate this affix with a burning passion, please just remove the damn thing or make the healing absorb 50% of max hp or something this sort of affix where so many classes just can’t deal with it even on themselves every time is just frustrating and unfun, and the punishment for missing even just a single one is way too harsh, just remove the damn thing please.
This week is awful. Tyrannical + this affix at the worst times. A healing nightmare

Shaman
Priest
These classes can all remove two by the time the debuff runs out
MW Monk, Priest, and Shaman also have an AoE dispell for every other
Warlock has a 15 second clease with pet
Rogues can get every other one
DKs have AMS
That leaves Mages, Hunters, Warriors, and Demon Hunters
Is it just me or does it seem like every week there is a new post that says “x” is the worst affix ever, how could Blizz ever do this? “x” of course just being the latest affix…
Mage remove curse can do it. Mistweaver Sheilun Gift with 10 stacks can almost clear all debuff in low key.

Allow me to introduce you to warlock. If you want to even cleanse it you have to swap out your demon meaning you lose your interrupt.
Can’t you just empowered health stone and remove it every minute?
Not sure EHS is enough to heal it off, isn’t the debuff 150% of HP?
It’s 47% it’s designed to be healed off over 20 seconds. It’s not even a healing absorb, it’s just a debuff that needs to be removed before it expires.
People just see a big shield appear on their health bars and panic.
Soulburned Healthstone would easily cover it then
Tbh this is a design fail. It appears as a heal absorb, it shouldn’t do that.
Agreed. My assumption is the heal absorb displaying this way is because it was originally implemented as a healing absorb on beta before being updated. It’s simply unnecessary. EDIT: Actually posted a bug report about this since it does seem like a bug after writing that.
Impending Victory. Enraged Regen if your healer is busy and no other dispels are available. Health pots if you have health missing (overhealing from potions unfortunately wasn’t counting against the healing threshold last time this was active). You have tools if you just think critically.
If you use one of the above and your healer still can’t get the rest of the debuff off, it’s a skill issue and your group probably has other problems as well.
