I saw this in my “yet to be obtained” section of my chest collections, and all it says as for how to obtain is “vendor”, and i can’t find anything online anywhere about it. I think it’s Kyrian and I’ve checked all the Kyrian vendors but nothing…

Does anyone know how i can get this?
