Devos Spear + Oceanic Ping

Blizzard still hasn’t got around to fixing Devos so if anyone has experienced bugs that they believe to be caused by ping, please let me know.

I get the 3rd bug almost everytime - the spear hits Devos but she does not come down.

Does this happen only when you are playing in a US instance or does it happen to you regardless of ping?
