Well devas is mostly if the rng Jesus is in you side then yeah I do agree if the rng is not in you side you DPS will tank
Yeah it sounds nice…but the logs say different. ugh, maybe next Tier guys.
Also I think this is how it generally goes…if memory services me, 1st Tier is always meh/ok…2nd Tier Bonuses are better, then finally the 3rd Tier the Bonuses are really good.
Naw, this is evoker so it’ll start strong and end weak just like our mastery.

Really just need to change the 2 set to extend the duration on the crit buff if you cast a second empower spell. Not just refresh. Frustrating to play around.
I want the crit buff for Eternity Surge, but can’t cast it until the crit buff is about to drop, otherwise I’ll lose uptime on the crit buff. On single target if I have to move for mechanics, I lose Dragonrage because I already had to hold the ES. It’s hard enough to make it to 2nd round of Empowers without clipping Disintegrates.

The lust proc does this, so idk why the crit one doesn’t.
It would also be nice if the lust were a lower duration (~3s) and guaranteed upon casting an empower.
Yeah I covered the set piece in my evoker issue summary. I think they just didn’t tune the numbers from when the disintegrate eternity surge procs actually could at least proc the 2 piece. That is no longer the case so both are pretty terrible really. The 2 piece isnt even work playing around since the normal rotation is too good to screw up for the sake of 5 seconds of 5% crit.
I wish the 4set just lasted longer
