I was just thinking and realized it is incredibly lame that most of deva’s kit is in pres. So I was thinking, give deva another empower to make them equal. It would also make the tier bonus less terrible. If they are feeling lazy 
, I was thinking deep breath could become an empower only for deva. Instead of a charge to cast though a “channeled” empower. This way it removes the clunkiness of trying to get the deep breath cast. The longer you channel it the farther you go. This would also give the ability to react better so you can just go farther in case a mechanic will happen where you were going to land.
Also wouldn’t mind this change even if it wasn’t an empowered. Including a damage reduction since it is completely unable to avoid ground damage ie imp ground fire from the second CoS boss or AV ice from third or orbs from the last.
