Hey, everyone!
Sometime think about additional DOT effects for Devastation spec.
Disentegration DOT that deals 20% of its damage over 4 sec (passive).
Living Flame DOT that deals 40% of its damage over 8 sec (passive).
Something like new green dragonflight magic spell:
“Poisonous Spit”, 2 sec cast, instant deals 50% of Living Flame damage as nature school of magic and DOT over 18 sec and jumps over 2 - 3 nearby enemies of your target.
I would also like if Fire Breath empovered levels will increase DOT effect durtaion, not short it like they do now, maybe even increase its DOT damage with empowered levels/charges.
I’m not a big fan of lots of dot effects myself. Tends to lead to longer ramp up times, especially on AoE, and the big up-front damage of evoker is one of the things I really like about it.

Yeah, but Disintegration additional short DOT effect and new “Poisonous Spit” spell with an old good green dragonflight vibes is cool idea!
100% true, I completely agree here, but 2 additional little dot effects (1 passive and second will just diversifies our rotation) shouldn’t deprive us of this.
There’s also Enkindle. But I disagree with more dots unless they are passive and I don’t have to track them. If I wanted to track dots, I would play a warlock or priest. Keep button bloat down.
One green dragonlight magic spell that will poison enemies wouldn’t hurt, you will cast it once in 12 sec.
I like the poison dot idea that uses green flight magic. We know the greens can use their magic offensively yet not a single offensive spell in the evoker toolkit is of the Green variety. So a dot would be cool especially if said dot had some effect like a healing debuff or a slow
