Scalecommander is underperforming and bombardments feels terrible as a mechanic to play around.
Flameshaper is AWFUL. How is this allowed to exist in its current state? Are we not collectively embarrassed with this steaming pile of sewage of a hero spec?

Honestly, I feel like devastation is actually pretty good. I have one at 604 and a feral druid at 612. Compared to the druid, my evoker is just so much more satisfying to play. I feel like i’m getting adequate performance per effort.
On my druid tiny mistakes will end up with my dps dropping like a rock. Even when i am in the zone and pulling off near-perfect damage combos, im rewarded with very middling actual results.
With my evoker, it’s so much easier to get that “in the zone” feeling and stay there. I also see alot more reward for my effort.
May I ask what level you play at?
I’m speaking from the perspective of 2800+ IO. Devastation is virtually non-existent and EVERYONE knows to avoid them at all costs.
They have awful survivability and mediocre DPS that’s outclassed by virtually everyone else. It’s extremely embarrassing.
Wish I had the option to swap to a god tier spec

Devoker died the day Aug came out and Blizzard’s done absolutely f all about it.
Actually a shame cause I think Devoker is one of the better designed caster DPS in the game.

You underestimate the flame shaper potential in the aoe department & a bit decent in single target if the cd’s are played right in M+s.

What’s really ironic about that attempted burn is he hasn’t even reached KSH since s3 SL on his account.
What I find strange is how people think devoker’s survivability is okay. It’s a bit silly to take something into a high key knowing it’ll probably get turned to ash by various sources of unavoidable damage. Nevermind the fact its AoE really needs to be looked at it. It can do fine on single target up to 3-4, but it drops off hard after that.

I think Windwalker also needs some love. The hero spec that technically does the most damage is also almost entirely passive, and the damage isn’t even good. I’d love for Conduit to be competitive, I like the august celestials and it’d be cool to see them popping up more.
