Hey, everyone!
Just interesting, why 4/4 tier set bonus cooldown reduction don’t affects Fire Breath?
Fire Breath gives us Mass Disintegration charge, and Eternal Surge gives us next 2 Disentegration 20% damage buff, why was it necessary to separate the two of this Empowered spell use in combat?
I wondered this at first when I first saw the set bonus myself but in actuality it works out rather well. Having it seperated by only the small amount it is allows for more free disintegrates that bridges that small gap where you would previously be using a filler
Fire Breath doesn’t always line up with Eternity Surge with the set, but the set also favors running Event Horizon to have Eternity Surge line up with Shattering star every time. A lot of times the two line up together but not all the time.
Can’t say I’m the biggest fan of shifting the timings but it still works, tends to make up for the desynced empowered spells by making sure we’re overflowing with essence bursts.
