CStar is Getting a 100% increase to crit chance with r1 is apex talent, instead of the 100% crit chance its superposed to have.
43 % crits I have 22% crit baseline.
Please fix asap

Do you have a log of this?
Edit: Just found your logs of m+ yesterday and all of your collapsing stars crit (100%). If you are looking at the log you have to expand collapsing star because the cast gets combined with meteor shower, which does not have a 100% chance to crit.
