Hey Finaluser, I didn’t play with you that I recall, but played with others in saga (mostly in pvp). Tremere, mexiding, etc. My former raiding guild (furys edge) appears to be rolling horde. I would love to play with you guys on fairbanks if you are all forming up there and have some space?

I wasn’t in the guild, my brother was if you remember the Night Elf Warrior Finoris. He would always let us play on his character. The time we leveled together though I was on my own character and I think it was my paladin but I don’t remember at this point. We will all be playing on Blaumeux alliance.

My best vanilla Dethecus memory was the night our all Paladin 5 man group went into Scholomance to complete our Epic Pally Mount Quest. If I remember correctly it was myself and my husband (Ambrosa & Ares), with Sparahawk, Cyber, and Vir. I had to heal my butt off, but we did it!
So many fun memories of all these character’s we use to play with! Some of us never made it off of Dethecus and so you may know me more as Tambriel (Shaman) more recently.

- it’s been way too long man. Do you keep in touch with any other ex-Saga players? We have a bunch of them (Skyknight, Skeldi, Kamikaze, Idk, Healz, etc.) in a group chat off the forums and would love to re-connect with anyone else you might know who is still around. Current plans with the group are to roll Fairbanks alliance, if you’re looking at reconnecting with some of us
I’m Nevets, and I’m the best druid on the server, period. Oh, to be an arrogant teenager trash talking non-stop online again - I swear, the Dethecus message boards are where trolling and memes were invented.
I was in Blood Ties, Fury’s Edge, the GM of Relentless’s feeder/PVP recruit guild, and finally Eclipsed, where I unsuccessfully saved every single DKP for a Lok’Amir that I never saw drop. I remember playing with a lot of people from Saga and Not Recruiting and chatting on mIRC with people from CT/Nurfed/Months Behind.
I organized and led competitive WSG/AB groups and grinded all the way to Rank 13. It would be nice to reconnect with people who grinded with me like Ohh, Manheim, Livie, and Drachenfel. Lots of great memories from that period of time! It’s really nice to see familiar names here like Moreno, Amisp, and Nazuul (I still talk to Akuma!) - lots of good memories!
Ended up leaving Dethecus in TBC after main tanking Gruul and getting bored with PvE to go finish top 5 in 5v5 on Burning Legion in S1 as a feral druid. Switched over to a Shaman in season 2 and never locked back. Got to top rank in 5v5 on BG9 season 2 and 3 with CuteBabyElephants and CAPSLOCKCREW but quit because Canadians couldn’t compete in tournaments. I eventually came back in Cataclysm to play organized BGs with former Nurfed members.
I will likely roll shaman for classic, however I am debating rolling with people from Relentless, Furys Edge, Nurfed, and IRL friends - knowing where people I actually played with during vanilla will definitely influence the server I select. There’s no way I can dedicate the time to be hardcore, but I definitely want to do some organized PvP and raid.
