Not for me and I just updated with the latest patch. It refuses to display.
There is a new version for 9.0. Need to download it instead of the 8.3 version.
Yes, it works fine. Delete your install, and locate “details damage meter shadowlands”, install that and win.

I have a feeling that deleting and reinstalling a lot of addons is going to be the thing. Even newly updated ones are “Out of Date” and hardly anything is working for me.
