Details not working with one character?

hi guys, for some reason my details is not showing anything (damage/healing) one of my characters, but it works on every other one. any ideas? thanks

Anything happen when you type /details
If not it sounds like you’ve got it disabled on that one toon.

yes, the regular options window with details shows up. its enabled on my toon, just not showing anything at all. ive tried reinstalling it and that didnt work either

via twitch or /details reinstall
the former doesn’t necessarily remove your settings

i manually deleted it from my addons folder and then reinstalled by extracting it to my addons folder

Try the slash command while on the toon with the issues.

That doesn’t remove the settings at all (which is where you’re having problems).
