Single target output has to die so the spec cant be too good on cleave. It’s been the albatross of the spec ever since they introduced Havoc.
Chaos Bolt’s damage going from 10/20% to 35/70% when Malevolence is not active/active is pretty good. Sucks that Blackened Soul got hit but I’ll notice the Chaos Bolt hits over the DoT ticks anyways.
Well, you see…Destruction warlocks were too strong in raid before this.
