No What I’m saying is the damage coming from the chaos bolt turret is coming from HASTE soul-fire is slow because it can do that why is chaos bolt allowed to turn machine gun just because of a few procs?
Notice how NOBODY uses soul-fire in arena THATS BECAUSE CHAOS BOLT IS THAT OP.
