Destro Lock and Fel Barrage?

I see other Destro locks using Fel Barrage but I can’t find it on my spell books or talents…help!

Fel Barrage is the damage from Inquisitor’s Gaze, which is our capstone in the bottom center of the Warlock class tree. It’s completely passive.

You mean the Demonhunter talent? Because you don’t know what that eye does unless you look at your combat log.

No. It has a visual and it shows up in Details fine as well.
