Is anyone else still having issues with the desktop app? I cannot login into battlenet. I was in game and was disconnected and now I cannot log into the game. When I put my email address into the app and verify that I am human, it just goes back to the enter email address again and repeats.
where you ever able to launch battlenet and play? my brother had similer problem today it gets to the prove your human puzzle and the loops or just doesnt advance.
Yes - it’s still an issue. Reported it in the bugs forums as well as the desktop apps forums. It doesn’t seem to affect everyone.
Ok, so it isn’t just my dad. We were playing, he logged out completely to go eat dinner and now he can’t log in. Same issues, he puts in his email address and it won’t go any further, just keeps looping. We even tried going around the app and just logging into wow directly but that doesn’t seem to work either. We’re going to try again tomorrow to see if we can find a fix.
