Deserter on PVP

These happen to me multiple times this month, kicking me on instance during loading.
I primarily experienced it in Solo Shuffle (after waiting almost an hour then this bug happens) and recently, I experienced it in RBG (sadly my teammates reported me). Kindly notice this bug bliz. Thanks

Edit:
I always stuck on loading screen and it will not proceed to the game.
The stuck does not take more than 5seconds.

Update: This bug always happen to my warrior and never happened to my balance druid
Update 2: This bug happened to me with my Affliction Warlock. The error message is “Transfer Aborted: instance not found” then I received a 15mins No-Show. Preventing me to queue Solo Shuffle for 15mins.
Update 3: I experienced this again “Transfer Aborted: instance not found” error. and now 30mins No show penalty after 20mins+ of waiting in solo shuffle

What happens? You need to explain the problem and then the conditions that lead to that problem. The Deserter debuff is an intended punishment for being kicked due to AFK flagging.
