Love getting deserter for leaving an LFR cause there wouldn’t be anymore loot for me. thanks for the disrespect of my time! its bs! unless i missed a note saying repeated runs of lfr would drop loot.

didnt think so, so the deserter debuff they modified cause of the ara-kara leaving issue effects lfr and is dumb. I get punished because someone else started a cycle of leaving and I either waste my time killing Ansurek again, or have to wait 30 mins do anything else?

Only have to wait 30 mins to enter a new queue. Anything youre already queued for remains. And if theres no more loot to be had, is therr anything else to queue for?
I probably should have specified in that instance. Situation is this, People left “A queen’s fall” part of lfr after Silken court. (My guess didnt get spy masters?) I join up Kill queen Ansurek. Queue up again, so i can get the other boss, kill court, leave, now i have deserter. There was no reason for me to stay and it kind of defeats the whole purpose of lfr being able to drop in or out of the raid.
If they are going to put a deserter debuff on like that. they need to specify how many bosses are down before I join the instance then.

yes.
they hamfisted the fix, and now everyone is worse off for it.
The vote kick/deserter system has been broken for ages but any time you bring it up you get droves of BlizzardBoys defending it till they are blue in the face.
The least hamfisted way they could have fixed it? put the loot in a chest at the end like mythic+ for all difficulties…

Need to put the deserter debuff on people who leave M+ keys, only it’s two hours long and prevents them from engaging with any instanced content whatsoever.

also just got this after they put me in LFR at queen. we killed queen. I reque and wait. go in to kill the one boss that will give me loot. leave group. deserter.
guess I needed to not only sit the que twice but also do the raid twice.
Or just done nothing, and let the issue solve itself in a week and a half.

You sign up for the raid, not what bosses you want.

then lfr shouldn’t be divided into wings by that logic,

What happened to the drops of Warbound armor that people were getting from subsequent kills? Did they remove that?

Well that sucks. It would have at least given people a reason to stay.
I’ve gotten into LFR 3 times where they already pulled the last boss of the raid and was gone to kill it. I leave got a 30min debuff the 1st time. The other times i waited and i have not qued LFR since and wont ever again till this is changed.
