Thinking about leveling a shaman but not sure if I want to invest the time to level one from scratch.
Want to know how both dps specs feel to play, pros and cons, and any other insight that a new shaman would want to know around:

Utility
Burst/sustained
Frontloaded or backloaded damage?
Proc dependence
Mobility
Self healing
Durability
based on that list you might want to try enhancement over ele.

proc dependendce (ELE VERY HIGH enh not as much but still some)
mobility (enh is kind of low, but better than ele)
self healing (enh is insanely high, ele is pretty low)
durability (enh is decent because of the self heals, elemental is ridiculously low)
ele: pew pew pew wooosh woooosh
enh: KAPOOW!!!
enhancements playstyle is all in charge and pray and ele’s play style is a giving and caring playstyle of lava bursts for all merry xmas.
Enhance is high utility and high burst. PvP is a game of home many stormstrikes and ele blasts you can land without dying. The 4 set bonus has also allowed for great uptime of feral spirits and increase in stormbringer procs
