this is a flight master in the night fae covenant. in the november 26 hotfix he was supposedly fixed for covenant memebers.
i am a night fae member. i cannot use him. it says "you don’t know any locations connected to this one.

Same here, My character in a member of the Night Fae, yet when I click on the Flight Master, I get a message that says “You don’t know any locations connected to this one.” This was supposedly addressed in a recent hotfix, but does not appear to be fixed.

Another +1 here. Just completed the questline to join the covenant, can’t use this guy.
I noticed this today too, so definitely not a fixed issue as of December 7 
I didn’t realize it was a bug until now… thought it was only me. So… do we have a timeline on this fix?
It actually used to work, and now has stopped again. Logging in and out does not fix it.
