Which ore or metal in WoW is the most dense?
Dark iron dwarves are the most dense.
Ohgodmyeyezium.
This is a really good question. I’m going to say Saronite. Maybe because I want it to be true, lol.
mithril maybe?.
despite how blacksmithing works in game, lorewise I’m pretty sure mithril is still pretty high up there in terms of strength, so you’d assume it’d be pretty dense.
There’s no analogs for some of the metals we have been gathering over the years, so it’s hard to comment. Platinum, in the current expansion, is pretty dense in our world though.
That’s if you are using density as simple “heaviness”…
With all the new types of fantastic ores introduced every new expansion, this is a kind of pointless question.
There is no metal, no material dense enough to counter the piercing power of elven ears and eyebrows
you may as well wear paper against us, we will penetrate all
LOL
So true… sadly.
Diamond is the hardest metal known the man.
*Edit-I had my facts wrong.
Dark Iron Ore. You had to go into the depths of BRD so the forge was hot enough to smelt it.
Yes, if all ores were a 5 inch by 10 inch bar, which would be the heaviest
Diamond isn’t even a metal.
That’s not true. You can take a stab at the metal’s chemical composition by observing its lustre, comparing it to an Earth analog.
Though, density does not directly correlate to durability… only weight.
You’d honestly have to ask a metallurgist, though.
Paladinium.
Especially if it’s used in Mail or on Humans.
Gold and lead are both very dense and have lower melting points.
But to answer the questions, as far as recognizable metals in game, probably platinum.
Do you think Blackrock ore could be pretty dense? Bar for bar? The blackrock clan even named it after themselves, right?
Can you penetrate this invisible wall, here?
What about another elf’s ears/eyebrows??
if two elves were to clash ears, another sundering would occur. this is what really caused the continents of Azeroth to split long ago.
