I had 600 trader’s post credits and in order to purchase the item I wanted (750 credits) I completed 15 World Quests which was supposed to be worth 150 credits. When I finished them all, it was noted in my Trader’s Post Adventure Guide as checked off/completed. However, the chest at the Trader’s Post will not allow me to interact with it. When I speak with the NPCs or look at the Adventure Guide/Log, it says I have “unclaimed credit” for the 15 WQs I did, but there doesn’t seem to be a way for me to claim it. I reported it (way harder to do than it used to be) and got a response basically telling me they won’t fix it. They told me to report the bug in game (which I did!) and even suggested posting the issue on this forum. Why make me jump through all these hoops instead of just fixing the issue? Seems easy enough to verify and correct? My sub is paid up till December, but it’s hard to justify ever renewing it when this is what passes for “customer service” now. Most of the game is basically unplayable for me now, this was one of the few things I could still enjoy and they’ve effectively ruined it for me. What a bummer, I used to love this game so much.
